Exciting news! My nutrition coaching services are officially open and I am accepting clients for the fall 2021 season! 


What if I told you that you could have a healthy, positive relationship with food, your body, and exercise without restricting or spending hours at the gym? I know it may sound crazy, but this IS possible! See, you’ve been conditioned to believe that the only way to get and stay healthy is to follow the newest diet or workout trend, which usually involves cutting out all of your favorite foods and doing workouts you hate every day. This may work great at first, but ultimately you’ll find yourself craving “forbidden” foods, becoming burnt out with your workouts, and just wanting to sit down and eat an entire cake by yourself. 

Intuitive eating allows you to take back control of your health and stop dieting for good. No more restriction, over-exercising, or ignoring your rumbling stomach. Eating intuitively allows you to get back to your roots and teaches you to trust your body and it’s signals to

ultimately become the healthiest version of yourself. If you know me, you know that I am extremely passionate about intuitive eating and helping others finally find peace with food and their bodies through this lifestyle. I have seen lives completely changed by intuitive eating (including my own) and know that this way of eating can likely change your life as well, which is why I am now offering exclusive online nutrition services to a limited number of individuals who want to heal their relationship with food and experience true food freedom forever.

I’ve been in your shoes before and I know how frustrating and exhausting it is to continuously go on diet after diet just to feel like a failure every time I fall off the bandwagon. Intuitive eating was truly my saving grace and I am now able to enjoy all types of foods without feelings of guilt, shame, or failure and you can, too!
