Many of us know that meal prepping can save us a ton of time, money, and hassle. With meal prep comes the need to properly store all of the food you’ve worked so hard to prep ahead of time, which makes having meal prep containers essential. Now you can use most types of Tupperware or plastic bags, etc. if you want, however, I’m a big proponent of using all-glass containers to avoid storing my food in containers made with harmful BPA. Glass is also much more durable and allows you to microwave your meal right in the container instead of having to dirty another dish like you would with a plastic container. Overall, having a glass meal prep container is not only essential for storing food safely and keeping items fresh, it also makes your life much easier and more organized. I LOVE this gadget. If you’re someone who grows their own lettuce or buys it fresh from a farmers market or local farmer then you need this in your life. This spinner wicks all of the water and moisture out of the lettuce after it’s been washed, leaving you with a crisp, beautiful base to a salad. Without one of these I was left to hand dry all of my lettuce to try and get all of the water off, which just left a semi-soggy and watery product. The salad spinner is such a simple tool but one that will make a big difference in your kitchen!
